For privacy questions, or to ask about access to or correction of your information, please call our office or use our website contact form. Please provide enough detail for us to understand your request, without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Website contact form
Our contact form collects your name, email address and message. An email address is required. Submissions are configured for email delivery and are also stored in WordPress.
Submissions may be accessed by authorized Siam Thai staff responsible for handling customer enquiries. We use this information to respond to enquiries and manage the service or request you contacted us about.
Please do not send payment-card details or detailed health information through the general website contact form. New-client intake information is completed through ClinicSense.
Online booking and intake through ClinicSense
We use ClinicSense for online booking. New clients complete intake information through ClinicSense. This information may include contact details, appointment information and health or intake information voluntarily provided by the client.
We use booking and intake information to provide or administer the services requested. Authorized clinic personnel who need this information for those purposes may access it.
Our ClinicSense configuration includes SMS reminders and a Square payment connection with credit-card capture enabled. Information requested during a particular booking or payment is shown in that service’s workflow.
ClinicSense and payment providers process information through their respective services. Please review the ClinicSense Privacy Policy and any privacy information shown during payment. Our website’s cookie preferences do not set preferences for ClinicSense’s separate website.
Blog comments
Some blog posts may offer a comment form. WordPress stores the submitted comment and associated information, including the name and email address provided, IP address and browser information. This information supports comment administration and spam detection.
If a comment is published, its text and the name supplied can be displayed publicly. The email address is not displayed by the standard comment template. Please do not include private health or payment information in a public comment.
Comment moderation and spam-filtering settings apply. The website uses Akismet for spam filtering, which can process information associated with submitted comments. Avatar display is enabled, and Gravatar may receive an email-derived identifier to provide an avatar. Akismet and Gravatar are Automattic services; see Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
Where a comment form offers to remember your details, you can choose whether to save those details in browser cookies for convenience when commenting again.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Our website uses a preference cookie to remember your cookie choice. Cookies may also support website administration and features you choose to use.
The cookie banner offers Accept All, Reject and Preferences. Optional Google services are grouped together and include Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising-related Google connections and embedded Google Maps. Reject keeps these configured optional services disabled; Accept All enables them.
You can change your choice later by opening the persistent cookie-preferences control on the website. Withdrawing optional consent stops subsequent optional loading, and the configured Google Analytics cookies are removed. A change cannot reverse information already sent. Cookies belonging to another website may need to be managed through your browser or that provider’s controls.
Analytics and Google services
We use Google Analytics to understand website use, such as page visits and interactions. When optional Google services are accepted, the configured tags can send technical and usage information to Google and set analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_32VNQ7KF8H.
Google Tag Manager is used to load configured tags. The existing Google configuration can also make advertising-related requests to Google services, including DoubleClick and Google audience endpoints. These connections are included in the optional Google-services choice.
Google receives information needed to handle requests, which can include an IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
Google Maps, fonts and other external services
Embedded Google Maps is controlled by the optional Google-services choice. When enabled, the map connects your browser to Google and may use Google’s cookies.
The website also loads Google-hosted fonts to display its typography. Font requests connect your browser to Google and are not controlled by the optional Google-services switch.
External services and embedded content can receive connection information when your browser loads them. Links to ClinicSense, social-media platforms and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace their privacy policies.
Website search
Website search sends the words you enter to the website to return relevant results. Please avoid entering private health information, payment details or other sensitive information in the search box.
Service providers and access to information
The website and our services use providers for functions described in this policy, including website operation, email delivery, spam filtering, booking and intake, payment processing, analytics, fonts and maps. Information is processed through the relevant provider when that function is used.
Access by clinic personnel is intended for authorized staff who need the information to handle enquiries, provide services or administer the clinic. WordPress permissions govern access to saved website submissions and comment administration.
Safeguards and retention
Our website is served over HTTPS, and administrative access requires authentication. Access permissions help restrict administrative functions. These measures do not guarantee that any transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please use the appropriate booking and intake service rather than the general contact form for detailed intake information.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required for legitimate business, professional or legal purposes.
Privacy questions, access and corrections
Please contact us using the office number or contact form above if you have a privacy question or wish to ask about access to or correction of information associated with your enquiry, booking or intake. We may need additional information to identify the relevant information and handle your request appropriately.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The latest version will be available on this page, with the update date shown above.
