Experience Renewal Through Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a combination of ancient Indian Yoga Massage and Thai Massage. Relaxation and healing massage technique which, combines stretching, gentle twisting, asanas and palming. It is ideal for athletes, sedentary workers, and anyone who needs stretching, enhanced mobility and relaxation.
A specially trained massage therapist assists you in yoga poses and stretches, pressing the pressure points and the energy pathways in the body or the Sen lines. They also twist and stretch you using their forearms, elbows, feet, and fists to reduce tension in your muscles.
The main difference between this therapy and general massage is the way you work. First the therapist starts working the acupressure points lightly, gradually increasing the pressure every time its repeated. It is normally performed on the floor lying on a mat. It typically begins by concentrating on the feet and concludes with the face and head. This way the energy is guided upward, which helps enhance blood flow and energy throughout the body while lowering stress levels. The improved blood circulation increases oxygen flow to the brain alleviating headaches.
